Fantastic is all I can say.
I just heard today about Susan Boyle, who is a never married, 47 year old Scottish woman….and who fulfilled her dream by becoming a singing contestant on the Britain’s Got Talent series with Simon Cowell as judge.
She is the epitome of “don’t judge a book by its cover”. Painted as the “dowdy Scottish spinster” by the Times Online— Boyle herself said she was “looking like a garage”– Boyle surprised the cynics with a heartfelt rendition of “I Dreamed a Dream” from Les Miserables.
See the YouTube clip of her outstanding performance! (Link only available to clip-Embedding not allowed)
You may not get through it without a tear of joy for her.
