The Obama-Farrakhan-Wright Trio

I am tired of the media and Obama brushing off any criticism of Obama as “hateful” and “untruthful”.  When the candidate for the President is not forthright about his relationships, especially with radicals like Farrakhan, then we can keep asking the questions:

It’s one thing for Barack Obama to have a minister, friend, and sounding board who supports and admires Louis Farrakhan and whose church gave him an award.

It’s another thing for Obama to dissemble about it.

That’s what Obama did recently when he told Jewish leaders in Cleveland, “An award was given to Farrakhan for his work on behalf of ex-offenders, completely unrelated to his controversial statements.”

In fact, the award, named for Obama’s minister Jeremiah Wright Jr., was given for “lifetime achievement” and for Farrakhan’s “influence on the African-American community.” The presentation of the award last December and the accompanying article in Trumpet, Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ magazine, never mentioned ex-offenders.

On the contrary, the article in the November/December issue of Trumpet begins by calling Farrakhan — who refers to Jews as bloodsuckers and whites as blue-eyed devils — an “icon.” It ends by saying that he “truly epitomized greatness.”

The article quotes Wright heaping praise on Farrakhan, whom he helped in organizing the Million Man March in Washington in 1995. Wright lauded Farrakhan as one of the giants of the African-American religious experience in the 20th and 21st centuries.

“When Minister Farrakhan speaks, black America listens,” Wright said. “His depth on analysis [sic] when it comes to the racial ills of this nation is astounding and eye-opening. He brings a perspective that is helpful and honest.”

Hailing Farrakhan’s “integrity and honesty,” Wright went on to say, “His love for Africa and African-American people has made him an unforgettable force, a catalyst for change, and a religious leader who is sincere about his faith and his purpose.”

Obama has said that Wright is a counselor and friend to him.  He has known Wright for 20 years.  And I as I have documented before, Wright married Michelle and Barack and baptized his children.  How is it that you, Obama, can have that type of ongoing relationship and seek counsel from Wright if you don’t have similar viewpoints?  And, knowing the radical nature of the church that Wright leads and that Barack attends, how can you stay at a church for many years and not believe in its (radical) mission?

If the tables were turned and explained similarly in this fictitious example, as Ron Kessler does in the Newsmax article, then  all hell would break loose:

If John McCain’s minister, friend, and sounding board gave an award to white nationalist David Duke, would Obama have said the gesture showed “insensitivity” to blacks, or would he have issued a searing condemnation expressing outrage?

We know the answer to that one.

We have to keep asking the questions and connecting the dots where it pertains to Barack Obama and his radical views.  He can talk all day long and say nothing….he is good at that…..but at some point, he needs to quit talking AROUND his radical views and his radical friends.  He and the media will try to silence those who question, but we have to keep asking!

  1. What frightens me is not who obama is as a person i have read his book and hes a special kindhearted individual which is a rarity in politics but rather his inexperience and naive trust of liberals that are dangerous and scary i mean just their softness on terrorisim alone is enough to send shivers down everyones spine we cant afford to make a mistake on this one its lifes and dangers we will have to confront if we dont read this right as far as his ideas well they sound great but naive at the same time

  3. I watched Barrak Obama spoke and gave a statement yesterday on fox, that yesterday was the first time that he had ever heard Wright’s radical views except for one or maybe two previous things which he found out at the beginning of his campaign. Wow!!!

This guy is obviously a wolf in sheep’s clothing. How dumb does he think we are? I don’t care how nice he sounds in his book or in person. Thankfully most of America still has some time to wake up!!! Can we only imagine how close he has come to being president ! Arab nations and terrorists all around the world have waited for this opportunity to walk in and fool us again! Farrakhan and Wright are two peas in a pod!

  4. […] to mention the questionable ties that Obama has to his racist pastor and the terrorist William […]
